Responsibilities:

To provide service level management planning and design expertise that will leverage the process maturity work being done and help guide our clients' Service Level Management Team in developing and delivering operational procedures and work instructions for ope-rationalizing the service level management process.
To support the Process Owner and serve as a point of contact for the Service Level Management (SLM) process while it is being established. Working closely under the umbrella of the ITSM Process Maturity Initiative, and in close collaboration with Process Centre of Expertise (PCoE), coordinate the definition, design, and implementation of the SLM process across SSC and within the new ITSM tool. Liaise with Service Lines/Owners, Process Owners, PCoE, and SMT internal stakeholders for collaboration and for training purposes.

Deliverables:

Liaise between the departments Service Line teams, to ensure alignment between ITSM Process Maturity Solution work and the Service Level Management activities
Provide subject matter expertise and guide and/or lead stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and information consolidation and analysis in support of developing a service level management concept of operations document that will include (but not limited to):
- Key SLM Goals
- Identification and differentiation of customers and business needs
- Roles and responsibilities and governance
A high-level model of the key components and their dynamics/interactions that are needed to realize the vision
Integration points and/or alignment with broader Process Evolution Initiative elements, including but not limited to Service Inventory/Business Portfolio Management, Service Authorization, Continual Service Improvement, and ITSM Integration Standards
